You can cancel at any time from My account → Manage.
Cancelling
If you cancel during your free trial, access ends right away. If you cancel after paying, you keep access until the end of your paid month.
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. After a payment, your membership will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Because Fennily gives you immediate access to digital downloads, payments are not refundable once a billing period has started, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, write to hello@fennily.com within 14 days and we will look into it.
